This weekend,, Fr. JohnDuraisamy, Pastor of Sts. Anthony & St. Ann Churches in Florence, SC has invited speakers to share the vision for #iGIVECATHOLIC at each parish in preparation for #iGIVECATHOLIC on Giving Tuesday, on December 3, 2024.

Welcome to the #iGiveCatholic donation page for St. Anthony Catholic School in Florence, SC!

From the Give to St. Anthony School #iGIVECATHOLIC Campaign website:

"United by our core values of Faith, Family, Knowledge and Service, St. Anthony Catholic School is committed to providing a learning environment that promotes academic excellence, spiritual growth, and moral development.

We are committed to:

-Educating the whole child spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically.

-Developing close personal relationships with God through worship, service and lived Gospel values.

-Providing a challenging, well-rounded curriculum through the collaboration of teachers, students, parents, church and community.

Why give?

All contributions from the #iGiveCatholic campaign will go directly to our school's Annual Fund, one of our most important sources of revenue, that provides critical support to our operating budget, impacting every student, every day.

Like all private and independent schools, the tuition at St. Anthony covers about 75% of our annual operating costs. The Annual Fund helps make up that difference. We work diligently to keep our tuition costs down, to offer our families the highest quality education program, and to make every day a special experience for children. Your contributions to our Annual Fund will allow us to continue funding our efforts in the classroom while also continuing to attract and retain talented teachers, enhance our arts, athletics, technology, professional development and facilities. Annual Fund dollars also impact our ability to offer financial aid so our school is accessible to all, making our mission a reality.

Our theme this year is "Let's Change the World with Kindness" and this embodies our commitment to nurturing both the hearts and minds of our students. Only through your prayers and financial support of the Annual Fund are we able to bring the love of Christ to our neighbors, to our children, and to those most in need.

Thank you for sharing the blessings that God has given you by praying about and providing a financial commitment to this year's Annual Fund. Without your generous support, some of our projects may not come to fruition. Join me in spreading kindness and compassion within our school and beyond! We are thankful for your dedication and support and appreciate your continued generosity and commitment to St. Anthony Catholic School. "

Safety & Security Updates:

"Support our efforts in ensuring our school is safe and secure by needed updates outlined by our Security Assessment including a more secure front entrance, additional cameras, and a key fob system."

Financial Assistance Fund:

"Support families who cannot afford full tuition, ensuring that every child has access to our Catholic education in a nurturing environment. Due to a recent Supreme Court ruling, funding from the Education Scholarship Trust Fund (ESTF) is no longer available to families who rely on this vital support to afford tuition at St. Anthony Catholic School. Your generosity can make a profound impact in the lives of our families. Together, we can help children thrive and foster our community’s support of faith and compassion."

Greatest Need Fund

"Support the St. Anthony Catholic School's highest priorities and provide the flexibility to direct budget dollars where they are needed most. Dollars raised for this fund support our teachers' efforts in the classroom while enhancing technology, arts, athletics, professional development, and facilities."
